Do you relate to any of these?

You

  • are introverted, highly sensitive or just a deep thinker.

  • are methodical and structured, and have been recognized for your logical skills.

  • crave more meaning, impact and ease in your work and life.

  • have built a life that looks successful on the outside, but doesn’t bring you joy anymore. You wonder if there is more to life than just going through the motions.

  • feel like you need to solve it all by yourself and it feels like the weight of the world on your shoulders.

  • are empathic and can relate to people, but struggle to find a balance between time alone and deep meaningful connection with others.

  • feel like an oddball in your current environment. You think differently. You feel differently. You see a bigger picture than other people around you.

  • are experiencing a vague sense of dissatisfaction, anxiety or dread in your daily life.

  • are feeling lost around what’s next for you.

    • “ I don’t like where I am now, but don’t know where I want to be”.

    • “I know where I want to be, but don’t know how to get there”

Does any of this resonate?

You’ve been called to an adventure.

It’s time to set aside other people’s rules and remember what

YOUR joy, freedom and ease really feel like.

Hi, I’m Ksenia

An engineer-turned-life-coach, I love working with introverts and highly sensitive people (HSPs) to help them shine just as they are.

As an introvert and a HSP myself, for years I tried hard to be extroverted and less sensitive, to follow all the rules and fit the conventional mold of success.

Well, that left me drained, ungrounded and confused.

That was the beginning of my great adventure…

“The cave you fear holds the treasure you seek”

— Joseph Campbell

how it works

  • what you've probably tried so far

Spin around in your head to figure things out logically only to get stuck trying to solve an equation with too many variables.

Push through using all your willpower to force yourself to do things you are “supposed to”. This leaves you feeling exhausted and resentful.

Pretend everything is fine and ignore the discomfort, focusing on the positive. Try to move on and realize that doesn’t work.

Try all the “logical” solutions and Googlable advice, which only leave you feeling even more inadequate.

  • the way we work together

Uncover what you secretly want from life but afraid to speak out loud

Weed out the “shoulds” and “supposed-to’s” that keep you trapped

Learn what “YES” feels like in your body and how to trust yourself again

Learn to step out of repetitive thought patterns and to use intuition when making decisions.

Focus on activities that fuel you while minimizing the draining ones.

Reveal the next steps that your body, mind, heart and soul finally agree on.
