Coaching and Training for Organizations

Partnering with HR and leadership teams of the organization to elevate their people and resources for optimum and sustainable performance and employee engagement: 

  • Providing training and raising awareness on personality traits like introversion, extraversion and highly sensitive temperaments, related working styles, communication styles and sources of conflict.

  • Observing meetings and interactions within the teams and providing specific feedback and recommendations on engagement, structure and communication patterns in the meetings.
