To help them address these challenges, I introduced an exciting coaching option as part of a new program called Positive Intelligence (PQ).

Positive Intelligence is a mental fitness program that significantly increases your capacity to handle life and work challenges with more resilience and flexibility.

This program focuses on topics specific to Introverts and Highly Sensitive Professionals in STEM who want to overcome imposter syndrome, excel in networking, and thrive in sensory-rich environments.

How It Works

Designed as a mental fitness training series, the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) Program provides you with the insights, motivation, and structure needed to practice for only 15 minutes per day over 6 weeks—

  • Access to the Positive Intelligence app for daily exercises and weekly videos

  • Real-time progress tracking with built-in metrics

  • Weekly 1-hour video sessions (released Saturdays)

  • Weekly group meetings for support and accountability (45-60 minutes, Mondays or Tuesdays)

  • Four 2-3 minute practices per day using the PQ app (Tuesday through Friday)

  • One complimentary 1-hour coaching session for integration and support

  • Total time commitment: 2 hours and 33 minutes per week for 6 weeks, plus a 1-hour coaching session (scheduled during or after the 6 weeks).

Daily Practice

15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Weekly hour-long video delivers a deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week to sustain the benefits experienced during the video session.

Measurable Progress

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

Community Support

Establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
